Load Default Scorecard Detail

What It Does
Pulls initial scorecard settings from Indicators and cubes utiliing indicators

When to Run
When starting scorecard system. Usually only run once, and then tweak settings

Requirements
Scorecard master and default system format (ie percent)


Update Materialized Scorecard Ranges

What It Does
Updates materialized ranges by indicator (both Cost Centre & Secondary accounts)

When to Run
Before building scorecard, as there could have been changes to trees and/or indicator specific ranges. Typically automated in Job Runner jobs

Requirements
Cost Centre trees used by the Indicators


Calculate Indicator Scorecard

What It Does
Uses detailed definitions and ranges to build muti-year (trend) detailed data

When to Run
Typically monthly after imports are complete

Requirements
Scorecard Master, Cost Centre Tree and Current Fiscal year (historical will be calculated)


Scorecard Detail to Statistics

What It Does
Once scorecard has been built, the data can also be used for ESM Statistics to support those trends. Statistics table is replaced entirely based on new source.

When to Run
Typically monthly after building the BI scorecard detail. Typically automated in the Job runner

Requirements
Scorecard master, dashboard master (Exec one) , then each of the statistic types covered in trends required (Varies by site)
Actual, Budget, YTD Actual, YTD Budget, CY (Full Year) Budget
