Type: Error

What It Checks: For every distribution master code actually in use on salary earnings/benefits this version, confirms it has complete GL and Pay Period distribution percentage setups for the applicable fiscal year — and that those percentages sum to exactly 100% (1.0). If a distribution is only set up for GL periods but not Pay Periods (or vice versa), or the percentages defined don’t add up to 100%, it’s flagged. For custom worksheet-based distributions, the message also shows the worksheet’s cost centre for context.

What Causes It: A distribution code was created and partially configured (e.g., GL split entered but PP split forgotten), or percentages were edited and no longer total 100% after a manual change.
