Type: Error

What It Checks: Confirms that every salary master’s employee class (and pay level, where the site uses it) has a corresponding entry in the salary-class-to-grid cross-reference table matching the grid actually assigned on the salary record. Flags any record whose employee class/pay-level combination has no matching cross-reference row at all.

What Causes It: A new employee class or pay level was created and used on salary records before the cross-reference table was updated to tell the system which grid that combination should map to.
