Helpdesk – Ticket System Instructions

A. Email Submission – submission and responses all stored in ticket system by Ticket ID reference.

1. Email to Helpdesk

2. Client Confirmation

3. Assignment Email to Agent

4. Agent Reply to Ticket sent to Client

B. Ticket Submit/Edit from Web Page – supported by Email responses throughout process.

3.  Helpdesk – Tickets Page

4. Edit/Reply by Selecting Ticket

5. Submit Ticket – Select Open Ticket

Fill In Information – then Submit Ticket
