Used in Salary Budget module – dictionary to identify Earnings/Benefit codes to use in a budget version.

This procedure calculates what percentage each line is of the total hours entered.

Budget Version – assigns that settings apply to
Earning Benefit Type – code setting applies to
Offset Earning Benefit Type – instructs program to enter record offsetting calculation amount  for this earning benefit type.
Percent – percentage to apply against total FTE hours for the salary record standard number of hours
Hours – default number of hours to assign to salary record.
Modified – used in audit tracking to indicate change in values.
