What It Does
Posts/Replaces the target fiscal years for GL Budget Prepare
using the source Capital Project Budget as the source.

When to Run
As required, typically upon completion of draft or final phases.

Requirements
– A Project
– Specifying if including the current year

Please note:  Historical years are not modified.  Current year will be refreshed/replaced if checked.


Recalc GL Project Amounts

What It Does
Recalculates summary budget amounts from Project Budget Detail and
ESM GL Budgets, ESM GL Actuals

When to Run
On demand.  Will also be recalculated automatically when running the GL Materialized summaries
