Bug Fixes

1. Landing Page
   • For the cost centre tree landing pages users that have cost centre security were sometimes seeing blank parent nodes with no cost centres attached.  This has been corrected so that if a user cannot see any of the lookups attached to a particular node than it’s parent nodes will also be hidden.
2. Capital Request Forms
   • The checkbox now correctly assigns the bit datatype instead of nvarchar (text)
3. Code Tables
   • Salary Class Grid Cross-Reference
     • Removed the calculated unused records toolbar as it didn’t apply on this grid and would always suggest removing all records.

Enhancements

1. Capital Request Forms
   • Removed the sequence column for form elements and replaced it with row index and column index.  This allows users much more control on how items are placed on the form
   • Made the project lookup optional…used to be hard-coded to show up first and was previously mandatory.
   • Added a form code and a form identifier
   • Added the ability to attach notes/attachments to forms filled out by users
   • Added several controls:
     • Date Control
     • Empty Control
     • Label (for titles or comments)
2. System Wide – Framework
   • Under the users tab there is now a “font size” option which will change all of the text in the system (forms, grids, labels, menus, etc.).  This setting will be saved in the users’ own settings file (user specific)
   • Pages (ribbon pages) opened will now show an icon next to the tab description
3. Landing Page
   • Added two links to easily open the GL Budget and the Salary Budget from the landing page navigation bar
4. Budget Audit
   • New warning will now show any salary grid where the most recent effective date is more than a year old in comparison to the salary budget version begin date
5. Process Scheduler
   • Created the ability to run the Budget Audit and get the result as an excel sheet which can be emailed to one or more users for a specified version
