Parameters to use in programs.
Cube Parameters (aka Variables) are used to control the settings in your Cubes and Scorecards. 
In a typical site configuration Cube Variables are tied to the global System Parameters so that they can be maintained in a single area and be leveraged by our Process Scheduler.
