DBA: Vacation Plan Detail – settings to define when vacation entitlements are applied and the rules associated with it.

Budget Version – select from list Link – Salary Budget Version
Value – values to use for break points
Vacation Days – Days to assign when break point achieved
Vacation Percent – Percent to assign when break point achieved

DBB: Vacation Plan Assignments – program will assign Vacation Plan to Salary Records using match to entered values.

DBC: Missing Vacation Plan Assignments  – Fires automatically.   Any combinations of Employee type group, Employee organization (blank is wildcard), Employee class type (blank is wildcard) in salary records as per the step assignments provided that do not resolve.  A blank response means they are all defined for selected version.
