1. Locate the Batch Profile with the Thumb Down Status

2. Go to B. Schedules – Locate Thumbs Down status.  You can go directly to 4 to search for errors in running any jobs for the Batch selected in A: Batch Profiles.

3. Go to Schedule History – Locate Thumbs Down status. 

The schedule history is usually a batch that has run for the selected schedule (grid above).  Ex: Daily job might have run 100 times since the schedule was created…the most recent scheduled run is generally the one of interest when looking for errors.

4.  Go to C: Schedule Logs and Errors – Search through Schedule Job Logs to Locate Jobs with an error.

In this example, the Profile ID: 14 points to Import  on first page A: Batch Profile. 

In this example, the Job ID: 101 points to Profile Job on first page A: Batch Profile.
