Source Data Summary is used to see all record counts in the Data Warehouse for any given fiscal year.

Header

Fiscal Year	Dropdown to select which fiscal year to display.
What to Display (Payrool Option) GL Period/Pay Period	Whether to select counts by GL Period or Pay Period

Information is displayed for the following tables:

Main Tables

General Ledger Actual	Actual data from the General Ledger system.
General Ledger Budget	Published General Ledger budgets.
Payroll Actual	Actual data from the Payroll system.
Payroll Budget	Published Payroll budgets.
Inventory Actual	Actual data from supporting inventory/materials management systems.
Billing Account Receivable	Actual data from BAR systems.
Vouchers	Listing of voucher records posted to periods.

Dashboard Notes	Listing of note counts for dashboards.
Cube Notes	Listing of note counts for data cubes.
