Salary Step Plan Types

Salary Budget – settings to define when step increases are applied and the rules associated with it.

Salary Process Type – select from list – no link as Controlled by programming

Value Types – select from list   Link – Value Types (Hours Each FTE)

Step Plan – Text to define Step Plan
Description – Text to define description
Inactive – flag to set record inactive
Inactive Date – date

Required Settings

Budget Version – select from list Link – Salary Budget Version
Value – values to use for break points
Step Number – Step Number to assign when break point achieved
Percent – Percentage to apply if break point achieved

Salary Budget – program will assign Step Plan to Salary Records using match to entered values.

Budget Version – Select from list Link – Salary Budget Version
Employee Type Group – select from list Link – Employee Type Groups

Employee Organization –  select from list   Link – Employee Organization
Employee Class Type – select from list Link – Employee Classification

DAC: Missing Step Assignments. Fires automatically.   Any combinations of Employee type group, Employee organization (blank is wildcard), Employee class type (blank is wildcard) in salary records as per the step assignments provided that do not resolve.  A blank response means they are all defined for selected version.
