Bug Fixes

1. Landing Page
   1. Fixed error for when facility does not want Landing Page available.
   2. Fixed tree UI to fit to the screen.
2. Framework Changes
   • Reports
     • Reports are now stored in XML format instead of the old serialized code format.  This fixes some security related issues with reports.
   • Minor UI changes
     • Reduced empty white spacing.

Enhancements

1. Landing Page
   1. Added the annual variance on the landing page.
   2. Changed the two Variance pages so that you can now specify the first tree by Employee Class.  Originally you could only specify Cost Centre first or Earning Benefit first…now you can also do Employee Class first.
   3. Added Reports section displaying landing page presets and reports listed here will have the option to generate the report directly or open the run reports page.
   4. New filter page option for using month name instead of GL period in the band header caption.
2. User Cross Tab
   1. Asset Depreciation Schedule
      • Added columns: transaction type and model
   2. Asset Funding Amortization
      • Added columns: transaction type and model
3. Framework Changes
   1. The ESM Web App will now require .NET Framework 4.8 instead of .NET Framework 4.7.2.
4. User Logins – Microsoft Entra Application
   1. The ESM Web App will now be able to login to a Microsoft Azure account.
   2. Three methods of accepted logins allowed: username/password, integrated authentication with Windows domain account, and Microsoft Azure ID.
5. Salary Budget and GL Budget Pages
   1. When you change a cost centre lookup you assign (if available) the job cost if there is a job cost assigned to that particular cost centre in the code tables page.
   2. Salary Budget
      • Added the Employee Org Group as a read-only field on the “C” tab of the salary master grid.
6. Trend Analysis
   1. Added screens and functionality to the web.

   1. Positions
      1. Added position lookup table to the Code Table Maintenance dropdown.

      1. Added tab which shows the Salary Grid Step Range info.
