Type: Error

What It Checks: For each step plan type actually assigned to a salary master linked to a worksheet, confirms that step plan has at least one detail row defined for this budget version. Flags step plan types being used with no step detail at all.

What Causes It: A step plan was created and assigned to employees before its individual step levels/amounts were entered, or the step detail rows were deleted after the plan was already in use.
