Type: Error

What It Checks: Same concept as #016, but compares the salary master’s download step against the maximum step number defined in the employee’s assigned step plan, rather than the salary grid itself.

What Causes It: An employee’s download step was advanced past the top of their configured step plan, or the step plan was shortened (fewer steps) after employees were already assigned higher step numbers.
